For Equipe Paardenverzekeringen, we completely renewed the web concept. The brief: build a modern, accessible website with the user at the centre. We developed a clear and user friendly interface where visitors can easily calculate their premium and request information tailored to their situation. We also fully automated and digitalised the claims process, including simple document management with a search function. Policyholders can now arrange everything online themselves. The result is a fast, clear website that not only provides more convenience, but also saves time and delivers steady growth in leads and enquiries for Equipe.
